The notes system seems a bit janky – the first few didn't seem to appear (I would just get the 'read note', 'next page', and 'put note away' commands over an empty dialogue box. I could read the first two notes in my inventory but not the one in the principal's office. Tried in both chrome and firefox.

Here's a big hint for anyone who wants it: Lexi's birthday is Dec. 9 (guessed this by trial and error).

I wrote down a lot notes, when really I only needed the info in the Brigham-Smith Note. I didn't even use my own notes. I was able to guess the passcode to the storage locker by trial and error using the knowledge that it was a birthday (month and day), and by guessing that the first digit was more likely to be 1, I came across the solution pretty quickly. I never figured out how to open any of the doors in the school. As for the story, I really like it. My guess is that the victims were onto something that the someone in the government didn't like, and someone was hired to kill them. Looking forward to chapter 2 :)

no walkthrough. stuck in the school. have no clue on so many code numbers. lexie birthday useless and dont know anything about victim's identity. no idea with the record 2008 and so on. great game but totally stuck.
