外星人選擇了新的方式來征服地球——他們感染了蘋果。逐步感染人體細胞。遊戲一開始很簡單，但要完成它需要技巧和快速反應。
遊玩說明
點擊白色細胞來感染它們。等待感染的細胞成長。點擊感染細胞可回收產生的黏液。當氣泡開始縮小時不要錯過時機，否則你將無法獲利！目標是達到 100% 感染。藥丸會治療鄰近細胞，可能會損失一些黏液。點擊藥丸可安全消除它。
