I think hitting an already-frozen enemy with the ice bow again ought to refresh the duration.

Please make it so that holding up causes you to jump continuously. I've died too many times stepping off of a normal platform onto an earth arrow that was just a tiny bit below it right as I hit jump, causing me to not jump at all because I was in the air when I pressed up, and thus walking off the edge and falling into death
