劇情：Defuse 描述一個普通人看到免費食物廣告後，答覆後卻來到一個帶有惡意的神秘研究中心。他必須運用智慧解開難題，逃出生天，或許還能向倫理委員會投訴這個計畫。記住，只要你完成測驗，還有飲料和點心等著你。祝你好運。遊戲機制：Defuse 是一款考驗邏輯與推理能力的解謎遊戲。每個謎題都要你推敲規則再找出答案（請參考說明）。每關的目標是點亮解除燈而不點亮爆炸燈。所有謎題都由按鈕和燈組成，彼此有某種規律。
遊玩說明
如果不知道怎麼進到下一關，點擊下方工具列的「下一步」。Defuse 沒有明確指示，必須靠自己摸索過關。不過遊戲有固定規則可推敲。紅色代表危險（可能會害你死），綠色代表安全（會解除危機）。按鈕是圓形（可點擊），燈是方形（不可點擊），線條顯示哪些按鈕對應哪些燈（或燈對燈）。細線上的東西是必要條件，粗線上的一切都必須完成，中線上的則視關卡而定。藍色數字表示該物件的某個數值，通常要做加總。當沒有東西連到解除燈時，試著點亮所有綠色物件。
