@zip9it no because amatuer surgeon has higher than 4.10 and has no badges.

@awsomeZ its probaly because you defeated a high lvl person and restarted and he got revenge from you when your a low lvl.

@deadnarblet and MrXirickX you guys hate it because you suck at this game.
