You regenerate health when you’re not moving

Not bad! Though health regeneration doesn't seem to happen when not moving, unless you're in that fast moving and sometimes elusive little blue circle. A full health top-up might be nice between rounds too

It seems difficult because there's either not enough time to stop and heal or too many bullets flying towards you.
