Very basic and bare-bones game, more akin to an engine to work from than anything else. For your first project though, not too shabby, it's stable, simple and seems easy to build on.
My suggestions would be to at least add a reset button after your ship disappears, then add something to spice the game up a tad, such as some shapes being harder to hit (distance/speed) but are worth more points.
