The game has INCREDIBLE balance issues, especially with the weapons. For example, the spread cannon is really necessary to take out the large number of enemies, however when the armored ships approach from the upper right corner, it's impossible to shoot them due to the short "lob" range of the gun. And switching to a stronger singleshot gun simply leads to being overwhelmed by the masses of enemies.
Plus, there's also the issue that if you damage an enemy enough, it runs away, which is nice in theory, except you don't collect any metal, putting you even further behind the curve, since there's no way to go back and repeat previous missions
Othwerwise, the base mechanics of the game are quite good. 3/5 for now, although with some work this could definitely be a 4 or 5/5

good game, i liked it - but i think the difficulty curve is VERY steep, and the prices of the weapons etc are also very steep - could be a very good game though!

It's a little hard. Also there aren't enough mid level upgrades. The needs to be things that cost 2k-3k

Weapons Used to Beat Game: Hi-Tech Cockpit, Time Travel Station (this is better than advanced base because of the increase in total bullet time and regen), Heavy Cannon, Heavy Shotgun, Armageddon (one upgrade on royal guard, two on LE Tank)
