For anyone wondering, there IS a teddy on EVERY level. Then why can't you see it? The teddy ONLY appears AFTER you open the door. Once you open the door, don't end the level, look around and the teddy will be visible.

I was gonna be like some of these people and go, "I don't wanna install Unity >. but then I clicked the button and within 10 seconds it was done. It was realy easy. Just click the button, and it works. Literally 1 screen. JUST CLICK THE BUTTON.
