I don't understand. Why was an image of her dead body shown?

Some of the imagery is there for atmosphere, some contains visual clues. I am not great at narrative, so I wanted to be suggestive of a theme without being explicit, I wanted to suggest that you are communicating with the 'dead girl' trying to decipher what she wants you to do... In any case it doesn't mean that you have failed if you see the 'dead body'.
