Original concept and art. I like it but with more in depth gameplay and content I would love it.

Refresh rate is way too slow. I can see separate frames and that is too bad for eyes.
Hard to see bullets. A bit distinction in color would be better otherwise once again hard for eyes.
Not best upgrade system.
Otherwise good start.

There are no upgrades, and it's way too slow.

upgrade on a per game basis I don't think so, most people don't like delayed gratification in a shooter.
