Added more levels again! Fixed SFX for jumps and added Coin grabbing SFX. Looking for more people to test, because level tiers are working (though not visibly at the moment)

Clearly just a programing exercise, it apears to have succeded at that
However, there were a few minor bugs I managed to find. I managed to collect coins without touching them by coliding with the plataform they were resting in from below (at least the sound effect played, didn't keep an eye on the score. The coin didn't disapear like it should either). I once died simply from walking backwards while on top of a floating plataform and when dying mid-air (due to a fire) I once spawwed on the top left of the screen (rather than the bottom left)
