I mean I played continental and world cup C in the past, so there must be at least 3 levels, even if there are more players now it's kinda weird that people that win the cup sit out completely.

I have a few corrupted cups from testing my code and cannot finish them or play another cup with the same cup code. Can we change the status to finished with a request to the service?
