This game is heavily influenced by Mud and Blood 2 which can be found here on Kongregate. If you’ve never tried it, you really should! It has probably cost me many days of productivity.
A small squad of soldiers need to hold back an enemy attack

Control players by dragging them. They will find targets on their own.
Give players new equipment by dragging it to them from the menu.
Look through the instructions that you get when playing the game for the first time.

Play as Americans
You can now select if you want to play as Americans or as Germans. Now as the functionality is in place, there might be more nations added later on, like Soviets, Brits, and maybe, just maybe, Finnish winter soldiers.
The UI was also rehauled, but there is more work to be done in that area.

Next feature I am working on is being able to select if you want to be Germans or Americans. This means of course I will have to come up with a name for the game. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

and o btw, it hasn't saved the 3 last sessions I've had. It did one save just after your second last patch (aug 2) but then nothing :/
Ok this is worrying, I was sure I had implemented a system that could handle updates. It works for me, that's the weird thing. What browser are you using? If you have another browser installed I'd appreciate if you would try that one and see if it works on that one.

Suggestions for more content: Pretty much everything found in M&B except those pesky airplanes, hated those :P
But bunkers, barbwire, stationary machineguns to properly pin foes down, stationary cannons etc.
Something to boost xp-gain maybe?
Thanks for the suggestions, I've added them to my backlog :) I'm currently not sure how I want to handle xp gain, both for soldiers and the player. I'm leaning a bit towards having level increase only affect attributes and let skills increased based on how much the skill has been used. But I am not sure at all...

How to Killify your enemies:
First game (And all those afterwards): Call for a sergeant and a medic. Make the sergeant kill people in melee and force the medic to stick besides him like the plague. Level the sergeant, make mincemeat of everyone. Give the guy a submachine gun and melee weapon as soon as possible, as well as grenades.
Get a signaler ASAP after you get the deadly duo up front. Call for supplies and slowed waves, as well as arty as needed. Use supplies to get loot AND (Very important) level your guys.
Get an engineer and start mounting defenses (Ignore, unless needed, mines). Get a TON of infantry and forget about rocket launchers. IGNORE flamethrowers (yours) and kill any guy with kerosene on their backs (enemies).
Garand is king. Bombs too. Make sure most of your guys have them.
Invest in 4 levels of supplies soon, then XP.
Murder people like a good nazi.
Damn you even beat my score, so strat must be good :D

Daily missions
This update introduces daily missions. These change at midnight. This is an early version and thay are subject to change. Let me know what you think and what changes you would like to see!
