It isn't so much that "kong is not the place for dress-ups" as "all of these dress up games are the same". Just like any other genre of game (tower defense for example), people get tired of the same things over and over, especially if it doesn't contain any sort of interacting element. These kinds of dress up games are the kind of games that you click on a few clothes, think "that was extremely boring" and then leave.
