N-tris

Five years later, my feelings on this are mixed. It's... like, imagine if somebody introduced a bunch of new rules into checkers. You could argue all day that it makes the game more meaningful, or that it makes you have to think more, or that it makes the game more complex, but after a certain point you're just making a mess. Tetris works because of its simplicity. This does not.

Admittedly, graphics could use a little work (Even the NES Tetris was more decorated than this), and being able to save progress would be nice too. Some of those achievements are hard to get without playing for hours on end. Overall, I'd say... 7.9/10

Dang, all the negative comments. Now, I loved this game. I came searching for a fan-made Tetris spinoff to experience something new on the old classic gameplay, and that's exactly what this provides. | Fun fact: Alexey Pajitnov, the original creator of Tetris, had experimented with Pentominos instead of Tetrominos at first, but found it made the game too complex and not really as fun. You not only got the fun factor right for Pentominos, but Hexominos and beyond as well!

I think that it's ironic that lots of people LOVE the snake clone "Snakes on a Cartesian Plane" but they don't like this

Fun game, with some interesting new pieces. Ignore the haters, this is a good game, and even though it is a knockoff, it's one of the best. 5/5
