I'm sure at some point someone's brought this up but... He's Sonic the fxxing Hedgehog! Why would he need a motorbike? It makes no sense.

An interesting idea but getting through the course is dependent and hitting each new platform at a certain speed and there is no way to know ahead of time what speed that is. The course becomes an exercize in luck until you have died enough time to memorize the course.

There should be some Checkpoints and you always have to slow down because you will get off the route if you dont!
