I don't get it..

Why is the lightening STILL continuing throughout the game? ...woulda thought it'd be FIXED by now.

Fun but too easy and simplistic. Even the higher number ai is pretty dumb, often clicking on squares with smaller amounts of colour, and their isnt much strategy rt the game beyond click the largest colour blocks

For those that haven't figured out the mechanics to this game, the gem usually changes colors after the 3rd or 4th turn. This does not include turns when spells are used that do not require you to click on a gem.

You definitely want to buy life every round and I would even suggest buying the extra gems, too.

If you're about to win, don't finish them off until your health is low. You get money for every gem you destroy, so rack up before you finish off your opponent.

The mana is maxed out at 50, but you can actually buy more than 50 from the upgrade screen. HOWEVER, blowing up a gem of that color will take your mana for that color down to 50 if you have more than it. I personally upgraded my gems to 100, that way I can use max impact, then use low damage until the AI blows up enough gems for it to change color, then use max impact again.

For those that say this game is all luck and no strategy, you clearly don't know how to play. ;]

Played a round where I literally had no moves on the board, not enough mana to cast a spell, and no way to skip my turn. I'm also not too happy about how one color can build up, and then whoever randomly has it switch to that color on their turn, can do tons of damage to the opponent - too unbalanced. Would like to see persistent upgrades (not just "for the next game" kind). Otherwise, nice interface and good little game. Looking forward to a sequel!
