Something to consider is allowing the player to pull back to be able to see the entire playing field. Blind shooting can be rather frustrating, especially when you are trying for max points possible.

the transition between watching your cannonball fall into place, and going back to firing is a little long. the score shouldnt decrease until you've fired your first shot, or at LEAST click a "begin" button. it's difficult to judge the angle that ive already shot.
