Tip: on the mission five race (Shift and Sift), you need to shoot out a tire. It's not the left tire, as the (currently) top comment states. It's either tire, left or right. It's hard to get your bearings, but at the end of the animation, when Vinnie raises his gun, settle your cursor on the top of Vinnie's gun's raised sights; at the end of the barrel. With a little practice, shifting left to right, you should be lined up for a good hit to either the left or right tire, depending on which way you've adjusted. I hope this helps those who know where to shoot but just aren't sure where to place the cursor. God knows I fell into this category, shooting over and over and over.
