The game looks great: good luck in the contest!
A few suggestions:
-It was not immediately clear to me that I was supposed to put barriers on the map to force the subject to hit the power core. It would have helped me to even just say that you have two objects to place, pick the right spot to get the subject to hit the core and then out the door.
-Add the "R to restart" to the instructions (they are given in game, but in the first level, I had no idea what I was supposed to do with the barriers, and kept looking for a way to move them after placing them in the wrong location, and had no idea how to start over without reloading the game).
-It would be nice to be able to skip the opening sequence
-I didn't quite get the point of the transition mode, and found the A/D controls to be a bit too sensitive (I kept running off the track after brief presses of the keys, or hitting a barrier).

Very nice game, the Transition parts seem a big laggy, could be fixed with tweaks, only issue, when I hit jump it will go further or shorter seemingly at random, when it does go longer there's that annoying stop-landing clunk that really breaks flow and at times has caused a fail (you can jump while not moving and it will start moving forward 1/2 way through jump which will cause you to miss if 2 obstacles are one after the other) on occasion camera would hide a trip that would only appear as was right on it.
Transition could use some polish but still enjoyable if frustrating and last transition bugged so couldn't finish
Puzzles were very enjoyable, could perhaps use adding some variety to the block types as will usually know what to do just based upon blocks. Was really fun and unique. Puzzles with electric sometimes felt less about timing and more about luck as electric seems to be a little out of sync with character, still really well done.
