new play button so it dose not throw you into the game and a new retry button for when you win or lose so you don’t have to refresh the screen.

Not bad for a first effort, but the controls make it extremely difficult. Rather than relying on the key repeat to move the player, you probably want to respond to the player pressing the key and then keep moving until they release it.
