You don't know how to program a game? Try to learn it... just adding some different pictures won't make the game better...
I don't know any flash, so I can't help you with that. I once seen a flash scripting if I'm correct, and it looks like JavaScript, in that case... I know Flash aswel...
Well anyway... Try to learn how to program flash, so that you can make all those things... Then you can make a good game...
If I make a site, I always script everything from the beginning. Even if I have made it before like a Forum... The second time you do it, it will be better... I never take scripts from the internet, the reason is simple to understand, if you make a script yourself, you know what all things are for...
I once tried to make a TD game in JavaScript, and I made the monsters move... Afterwards I stopped, because I needed to work on something else... but once I have time agian, I'll continue... from what I have now, it is pretty simple to make...

The ending waves aren't too bad. If you just constantly click to place the towers, you win. Super simple, rather boring lol.
