I got to the 2nd level, but the ammo for my pistol wasn't refilled so I lost. The game is unfinished, which is kinda saddening because this game could be at least moderately okay if the developer fixed a few issues.

You do not reload. You just run out of ammo. Was ok.

Not sure about stolen but i played this style of game before. only it used the mario world as it graphics.

Stolen or not, it's just very boring. It's one of the worst "Defend the house" games I've ever played.
