The objective of slitting the animals throat and leaving the spinal cord intact is so that the heart continues to beat, pumping the blood from the body. Also it is forbidden to eat carrion (already dead meat) which is why a bolt to the brain is not considered acceptable (though this is being debated currently as far as I'm aware).

this isn't a forum for religious Q&A's, it's a site for games.
really a bit of thought and effort and you could have made a game showing the halal process (as disgusting as that is), slitting a throat, animal bleeds to death slowly, butcher as is appropriate, package, and sell. all you need for a game really. better work next time please
