when the red doors close try to jump on one then jump on the ledge + if this helped you

When you get teleported to the obstacle course, go past the first series of rising walls, and turn the corner. Stand on one of the next set of rising walls, and you can jump out of the area :) Also, after you leave the obstacle course, you can make your way past the mountains. After a long walk, you'll fall off the edge :)
