With the last item (head) you need to get lucky with the birds. The timer's so slow and the birds so fickle it's just a game of chance.

Why are the birds not that heavy from inside the birdhouse?

For the first few levels, I found the game really hard. The water bucket was always falling into the sea. Then I realized you could empty it.
