This game doesn't need upgrades for the same reason Canabalt doesn't need upgrades. It's addictive as hell. But you have to slow down those kamikazi birds. Also, the combination high building + flock of birds; it doesn't work (maybe leave some more space there).

Great concept, maybe up the graphics and allow for upgrades after landing? Love it, and has a lot of room for improvement!
