I have an idea: Since you can't really make any progress without going into the assassin/enforcer trees, why not add a DPS bonus to extra perk points we aren't using? It would help us progress while we are saving them up.

What's up with the numbers? 18354m? Don't you mean 18b? Very confusing to read. Would be much simpler to limit it to 3 digits. For single digit values use a decimal.

Awesome game, but all the waiting for reincarnation and upgrades ruins it for me. I think you should get rid of the timers in favour of some different system.

We kinda need new endgame content or some new features. Otherwise this game is pretty much dead. And with new content, I don't mean new stuff for the Shop.
