So first off I noticed something pretty obvious. This guy's kidney is in his chest where his heart and lungs should be...as one of the greatest doctors in town one would expect you to notice that this is a fairly large problem but i guess simply being one of the greatest in town does not mean you are an excellent doctor at all but that the others must be terrible. Second thing i noticed is the game does all the work for you without any real input or challenge to the player...needs a LOT of work...
