To restart the game without some of the extra junk click on "Menu" in the upper-left corner. Still more trouble than necessary, but it's better than going through the Submit stuff.

4/5: OK game, deserves badges, but too many advertisement interruptions, and a misleading "home" button. [+] if you agree this needs badges!

Too much crap between one game ending and the next starting. No, I don't want to submit; no thanks on showing the ad AGAIN. Just start the stupid game.
