This is how you solve the number puzzle with groups of numbers in four quadrants. Is it obvious or discoverable on your own? I highly doubt it. Anyway, in each quadrant is either divide, add, subtract, or multiply. So for the first quadrant, it would be 8 divided by 4 divided by 2 which equals 1. 8/4/2=1. If you do all of them, you get onethousandninehundredsixteen. This puzzle was created by a moron.

I REALLY don't understand the numbers in this series. 0, 8, 6, 9, 7, 5, 3, 4, 2, and 1?
