I am 99.99% sure this game is stolen I can remember playing it years ago on Game of Gondor (before it became Armor Games) and other websites going back to at least 2006.

I wouldn't say that this game is exactly stolen, more like modified from the original version, the screen is almost twice as long, but in the end it still is a modified stolen game. A tip to Tharshan would be to add your own graphics and add something original to the game.
