So far so good. I like this quite a lot. I have reached a point where I cannot go any further, so I guess I am where you want it to end.
I think mysterious music would be a nice touch (so long as you also add a mute button). I think the things that attack should look different, they remind me of penguins.
A storyline would add to this a lot I think you have made something that is has the potential to be really good.

This game has potential. I like the good control you have over the guy. This way precise and fast jumps are possible and not just luck. You definitely have to keep on working on it. Could become a great game. Good luck!
