I took the shootorial provided by Kongregate and modified it some.
There are 5 mini-bosses you must kill before you reach the main boss. Each time you kill a mini-boss the number of enemies increase.
I added a new power-up that increases your firing rate by .2 each time you pick up said power-up.

Nukes go off by themselves polish264. You'll notice when their are enemies on the screen when you get a nuke.

Well I do understand some of the code. If I didn't I couldn't have changed the background, added another power-up or increase the number of enemies after each mini-boss killed.
I am not that skilled in flash programming. I may make another game based upon the shootorial later and try to add even more.
