You and the computer will take turns to buy houses from those lands, the one who have bought all the houses on a piece of land is the winner. Get to buying because the houses are selling fast!

Landlord: I would like to purchase these three homes. Real Estate Agent: No! You can only buy all the homes that have the same roof color, until next month when you repeat with a different color! Landlord: That doesn't make sense! Real Estate Agent: Are you gonna buy it or not? I've got a computer here that's also looking at this roof color.
