A doctor appears trying to make you sleep Options:Grab scalpel and kill him or wait

ok so you wake in the hospital and there are guards outside. you can sedate them with drugs in the room or jump out the window.
after drugging the guards put on a doctor's lab coat and walk outside and take an ambulance.

Interesting beginning, and will be curious how this develops.
I encountered a box and a security camera. I tried pushing the box but nothing happened. Would be nice to get an animation an failure message. The gun worked fine though.
Encounted a giant guard and tried to kill him... again, would have been nice to get info on what was happening. I awoke in a bed/stretcher... and cannot do anything.
