*You're a fledgling paper firebird!* Fly up through your home volcano to reach the skies. Shoot fireballs, dart through small spaces, and dodge spiky rocks as you try to conserve enough energy to reach the top.
This is my very first game so I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to improve. Thanks!

This is already really, really good. I imagine that there are many things you want to change, such as making the controls smoother (less having to break off other pieces of wall, for instance) or adjusting the graphics (which are already very nice) and while I am excited to see the game's development, I can definitely enjoy it just like this until then. Very cool, good work!

Thanks, I really appreciate the encouragement! I would certainly like to create a smoother experience overall, in this and future games. Could you say more about what you mean by having to break off other pieces of wall?
