v1.3 released:

Additions:
- new options menu where you can chose between 3 diferent dificulty levels
- various voiced emotes throughout the game
- added negative points for higher dificulty levels (see tutorial)

- Assorted small bugs and memory leaks dealt with

- fixed the spawn rate for ships
- fixed ships not being bumped off the current wave when they exited the stage
