Octo Curse

the main (only?) challenge is accepting that your octopus dies when he falls into water. except for that one level where he can go under water but has no clue how to swim.

on the third screen I cant jump high enough no matter how long I hold down the jump button

incredibly impressive for a first game. The game is a bit laggy on browser though, so it might be good releasing it on steam or some other game launcher.

We updated the game, Octo Curse is now playable with arrow keys and also we added the controller support!

You should be able to use both right and left arrow keys instead of just the right arrow key. In fact it could of been set up to use just the arrow keys. Left right to move and up to jump/enter doors and E or whatever for attack. The way it is set up right now it can be tricky/hard to use the move buttons at the same time trying to hit the attack with the same hand. Also what do the hats do? Do they add some type of skills like jump higher double jump or are they just there as something to waste the coins on?
