if you touch the border of the screen with your mouse your board will stop moving; you should fix that, because you cant see the mouse as long as you are within the field; so if you cross the border you will probable die/ lose a life

Visual Design: 1/5 - Clearly, you are a Windows person. Effort: 3/5 - Better than my non-existent games. Physics: 2/5 - Not really following the Newtonian model, are we? Ball come from right, hits paddle on the left most side & returns to the right. Nope!

Good practice, obviously needs more. Try to come up with something original. You'll win many of us over with an original concept that's not quite complete rather than something many people have done before that's not quite complete.

@captxenu: keep in mind that most breakout games have this similar "hit left, bounce left etc." setup because otherwise, the player would have no control over the ball. The only way to get this same effect while abiding to Newtonian physics would be a curved paddle. KNOW REAL BREAKOUT GAMES!

Well ya, it was ok. Not very original (obviously enough) and the physics really stink. I givr it a 2/5.
