i like the concept, and the music is beautiful, but the controls are a but unresponsive, and a checkpoint here and there will save us a lot of frustration. Also, there should be some way for us to know if a pool has a bottom or not, before we hit it and sink into oblivion...

Okay, I finally beat it. The game was great, except I wish there were checkpoints on some of those special levels. S1 I simply didn't have the practice required to make those jumps with red and I had to do blue like 100 times only to miss the first jump. The spikes were confusing because half my head could be in one and I'd be fine, but if I touched the side at all it was instant death. Also, the ice floors were a little glitchy sometimes. But great game, truly worthy of a platformer. 4/5

So, it's a great concept, but the controls need some work for sure. The BIGGEST issue I have is that fall speed is entirely too fast to require that space be hit while in the water to produce a power's effect, rather than being able to hold space to trigger the power on impact, because frankly, level 5 was a complete pain on the ascent, and it made me not want to find out what the other levels had in store. With a game like this, it's important to remember that good games can be hard, and hard games can be good, but not all good games are hard, and not all hard games are good, and arbitrary difficulties like the obscene amount of good timing required to make a single jump, whose failure results in restarting the entire level... it's kind of a deal breaker, especially when the controls are already unresponsive. One other thing... the bottomless pits look an awful lot like the ground. Please fix that. Make it not the color of the ground, or make it look like spikes instead...
