yes,very hard is easily possible. Just do mid, bottomleft, topleft or mid, bottomright, topright.

Three-in-a-row isn't really the best game to make into a flash game if you expect one that has playability. The strategies involved are so extremely simple that any AI should be able to recognize how to draw the game each and every time. Not even your very hard AI seems to be able to draw, which makes the difficulty settings kinda moot. Try to come up with a game that has more playability, and the game will turn out much better.

Very hard is possible. Also, there is a difficulty change between easy and very hard, a pretty big change actually. But as was stated before, there is a way in which you will always win or draw in this game.
