Your collision detection could use some work. Accidentally falling through platforms because you're falling too fast isn't a good thing. Also, some of the boxes end up floating off of the platforms, making certain areas impossible to reach (like the bird, for instance).

concerning the floating objects after you press restart: I quickly tested the game on Armor Games and it works fine there, the problem just happens to me with the Kongregate version. sadly it really makes some parts unplayable. otherwise a very lovely and great game 4,5/5
