Not sure about this one. The keyboard controls are too slow and having to go at a 45 degree angle with keys is annoying.

The responsiveness and variety in the waves was good and I enjoyed the game as a pure bullet hell. I do think the biggest turn off people will have is the difficulty curve within waves. Each pattern is just as hard as when it begins as it is when ends. An easier beginning helps players understand what they are supposed to do earlier, and lets you make for more exciting ends if the pattern gets more difficulty later on, which makes it more satisfying to beat.

This is.... weird. If you were going for "Lovecraftian Bullet Hell", I think you captured that. I'm not sure that's a good thing though. The music is jarring and distracting, and something about the colors bothers me.
