Hi Everyone, Developer here. This is a revival of Clan Wars Series..

I know the game is very short, but promising to add Chapters every 2 weeks!. Hoping to get as much feedback so that I can implement it in each version going forward. Hope you enjoy crushing those Goblins again :)

I'd prefer if units I queued went to the lanes I queued them into, not where I had highlighted as they finished cooking, but a good start to say the least.

That is a good point, I will look into locking the units path at the point of purchase rather than end of the queue. Did consider this prior, but was unsure what option would be better.

My biggest recommendation: I sense this may be going down a path where the key to win will be to rack up gold quickly enough to upgrade your units faster than the enemy, and whoever upgrades the fastest will end up winning. I’d suggest avoiding too linear of an advancement, and having different units with different characteristics be useful in different situations. Sorta like in games where sometimes you want an AOE attacking unit if you're facing dense swarms of low-HP mobs but that strategy would fail against fast-moving units coming in a steady stream, or having units that hit for high damage if you're up against tough mobs but would fail if you face a lot of weak mobs and are doing overkill damage. There are probably lots of ways to set up units with strengths and weaknesses where different strategies are required for different levels (freezing, poisoning, mind controlling, etc) and the more such variety you can build into the game the better I think it will be.

That is an excellent idea. Will add some more unique features to units going into newer versions. Thanks for the idea 2p0ch.

I enjoyed the game so far but from the looks of things i beat the level before i unlocked a decent portion of things such as lion rider and dragons. A few things i noted while playing. the beginning tutorial is nice but it should probably mention something about the towers and upgrades sections. the tutorial was explaining everything as it was unlocked so i assumed it would let me know when there was something in either of those that would be relevant, but it never did. also the tower icon was so dark that i thought it was blacked out and therefore needed to be unlocked for most of the game and didn't actually end up using it much.

Thank you aholder7 for your feedback. Much appreciated. There were some features/buttons I should have excluded for Chapter 1 as they are not yet unlocked, but would be in future chapters. I will remove some of these buttons to avoid confusion in the next upload. Thanks for the feedback of the tutorial, I will add to it to provide further details as well. I'll also look at changing up the Tower icon. Thanks again for the feedback!

I don't know if you are only looking for possitive feedback, but right now I'd say the game isn't very good. I'd say the 2.8 star / 56% rating is about right.

I do like that you get more gold for fighting in enemy territory to combat early defense/save money laming.

The rest isn't so great. It's too similar to other games in the genre, with battles taking honestly boringly long, and looking really messy. I won on hard, second try in 2:02.22 (which I thought was quite satisfying :p) and I wouldn't even contemplate chapter two after that.

First try when I didn't know how to play, the enemy got an early advantage and that was it. Since no real strategy is involved it was just a guaranteed slow loss. Second time I got an early advantage and it was just a guaranteed slow win.

It's not clear to me that very unit has a use. So.. a lot of changes needed for the hard launch I think. Cheers though, and good luck.
