it says "test your marksmanship while trying to hunt duck" You can take aim with your mouse, you can click to fire. When you're done with the magazine of bullets can fill the space key" hope this helps

Okay, from experimenting here's what I've figured:
Press the first choice to get going.
Use your mouse to aim and fire with left mouse button.
Press Space when you run out of bullets (which are in the upper right hand corner)

Shoot as many ducks as you can in time allotted (which is the stop watch at the bottom left hand of the screen).

At the top of the screen are three ducks.
The white ones are the number of ducks that will appear on screen (kinda like a count down). The yellow ones are the ones you hit. The red ones are the ones who've gotten away.
The faster ones give you a higher score the slow ones (I think, not sure).
After you've completed a level, you'll see two ducks on the board. The ones that are yellow are the ones you hit and the red ones are the ones you've missed.

Seviye = Level (which level your on)
Puan = Score

Also, when you start a new level, I think "Ordek Avi" means "Take Aim" (but that's probably a wrong translation, it's just my guess).
