In "Billy Suicide" the goal was to get Billy through another day. In "Billy Genocide" the goal is survival.
"Billy Genocide" is a side-scrolling action-horror game. The object is to get Billy to the suburbs, while discovering the secret behind the Genocide.

This game is fantastic. My one and only critique so far, is that the screen showing while 'BloodLust' is activated is slightly distracting. I would personally prefer it be a tad bit more subtle. Perhaps similar to how in The Witcher when Geralt is experiencing a high level of blood poison, you can hear his heart beat and see a bit of red vein on the screen as if through his eyes.
