Unplayable due to lag

I've cleared my cache twice now(Chrome) and still don't see the new update. What am I doing wrong?

It's been weeks now and I'm still playing this game. I can't wait to see what the devs do with it in the future! I love the fact the newspapers become so ridiculously expensive later on! I believe that's a big part of why so many of us keep coming back to this game.
