I liked it, but it feels a bit incomplete. Maybe try adding some levels or achievements and the new black ball shouldn't appear on top of you and kill you when you collect a yellow one.

A black ball spawned on you? That shouldn't happen :( I'll try and see if I can figure out why that is happening.
